Tata Curvv: Modern Design, Powerful Specs, and Launch Details
Tata Motors is set to unveil one of its highly anticipated electric vehicles, the Tata Curvv. According to media reports, this stylish new car will hit the market on August 7, 2024, starting with the electric version, followed by a petrol variant. Additionally, Tata will launch its 5-door Thar on August 15, 2024.
Tata Curvv
The Tata Curvv is a coupe, distinct from a sedan, known for its sleek, sloping roofline. This design not only enhances its sporty appearance but also provides ample legroom and comfort for rear-seat passengers. The car’s aerodynamic shape helps maintain stability at high speeds. It features a three-box design, including the driver’s cabin, rear seats, and trunk.

The Curvv will come equipped with six airbags and an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that uses sensors to alert the driver of potential collisions. It also includes a 360-degree camera, hill hold assist for better control on slopes, LED headlights, and elongated taillights.
Interior and Convenience
Inside, the Tata Curvv boasts a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a large panoramic sunroof for a stunning view. The digital driver display, automatic transmission, cruise control, and child seat anchors add to its convenience and safety. Additional features include auto AC, seat belt reminders, high-speed alerts, and a two-spoke steering wheel.
Engine and Pricing
While the petrol variant’s engine options (possibly 1.2 or 1.5 liters) haven’t been confirmed, the starting price is expected to be between ₹18 lakh and ₹20 lakh. The car will also feature charging points, alloy wheels, fast charging options, and wireless phone charging. The front design is boxy and muscular with an eye-catching grille.
