Hyundai India has officially unveiled the much-anticipated 2024 Alcazar, a facelifted version of its popular 7-seater SUV. The new Alcazar brings a refreshed design, advanced features, and more powerful engine options, setting a new standard in the premium SUV segment.

The 2024 Alcazar boasts a luxurious cabin packed with cutting-edge technology. It includes twin TFT units, a fully digital dashboard, smartphone connectivity, and connected car tech for seamless driving experiences. Passengers can enjoy the comfort of ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and a 360-degree camera for added convenience. The SUV also incorporates Hyundai’s Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which include multiple airbags, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and more, ensuring both safety and luxury.
Available in four variants—Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature—the new Alcazar also offers an expanded color palette with nine options, including striking shades like Robust Emerald Matte, Ranger Khaki, and Titan Grey Matte.
Under the hood, the 2024 Alcazar offers two powerful engine options: a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine delivering 113 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. Both engines can be paired with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission, providing flexibility for different driving preferences.
On the exterior, the Alcazar showcases a sleek and bold design, featuring a dark chrome radiator grille, diamond-cut alloy wheels, and quad-beam LED headlights. The addition of H-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs), horizon LED positioning lamps, and LED tail lamps further enhances its modern, futuristic look. The bridge-like roof rails and sequential LED turn signals add to the SUV’s style and functionality.
With a focus on performance, the Alcazar’s diesel variant is powered by a 1.5-liter CRDi engine, producing 116 PS and 250 Nm of torque. It is equipped with McPherson strut front suspension and a coupled torsion beam axle at the rear for a smooth ride, along with disc brakes for both the front and rear wheels.
